Services

KubeSpark provides web design, web development, SEO, digital marketing, and IT consulting services. The specific terms of each project will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom work created specifically for their project. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

Limitation of Liability

KubeSpark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice. Clients are responsible for payment of work completed up to the termination date.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
